The stopwatch, the online timer, the countdown timer, the hours calculator and the on-screen timesheet are free forever. Not a trial, not a row limit, not a watermark: they are the reason the site exists, and everything they compute runs on your own device. There is no account to create, no email to hand over and no advertising between you and the tool.

That includes the parts people expect to be paywalled elsewhere — overnight shifts, unpaid breaks, decimal and hh:mm output, hourly pay, real week dates, and the per-country overtime thresholds applied inside the calculators. The employee roster and its per-person rates are free. So is printing, including printing to PDF through your browser.

Your own rows are never held hostage: CSV export and import, and a JSON backup of everything you have entered, are free, because exporting your own work is not a feature to sell you. The same page carries one control that deletes the lot.

Tauvio Pass is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it is deliberately a small thing to buy. It adds three: the branded PDF document, a generated A4 timesheet with a fixed layout that you can hand to a client or a payroll office; the saved library, which keeps finished weeks and months as a history rather than one current week you overwrite; and your own branding on a published countdown page, where the "Made with Tauvio" mark comes off and the accent color and logo are yours to set.

That is the whole of it. If a spreadsheet export and a printout are all you need, the free tools already do that and you should not pay us anything.

Tauvio Teams is the annual plan for organisations doing this for a group rather than for themselves. It includes everything in the Pass and adds priority support and invoiced billing on request; it does not unlock a feature the Pass lacks. The current price for each is shown on this page in your own currency; nothing here quotes a figure that the checkout might contradict.

Checkout runs through Stripe, which presents the price in your local currency and offers the payment methods normal for your country. Card details are entered on Stripe's page and never reach Tauvio. An account is created at that point purely so the purchase can be restored on another device.

A paid feature never moves your data. The PDF document is generated in your browser and the saved library is stored there; buying the Pass unlocks functionality rather than uploading anything.

Tauvio Pass carries a 14-day refund with no questions asked: ask within 14 days of purchase and you get your money back, whatever the reason. Tauvio Teams can be cancelled at any time — no notice period, no cancellation fee — and the unused part of the year is refunded pro rata. Neither path costs you the data you already entered, because it never left your browser.
