The stopwatch, online timer, countdown timer, hours calculator and on-screen timesheet are free forever. There is no trial, row limit, account requirement or advertising between you and the tool. Everything these tools calculate runs on your own device. Free designed exports and published countdown pages carry a small Tauvio credit; buying Pass removes the credit.

That includes the parts people expect to be paywalled elsewhere: overnight shifts, unpaid breaks, decimal and hh:mm output, hourly pay, real week dates, and the per-country overtime thresholds applied inside the calculators. The employee roster and its per-person rates are free. Printing is free too, including saving a browser printout as a PDF.

Your own rows are never held hostage. CSV export and import, and a JSON backup of everything you have entered, are free because taking out your own work is not a feature to sell you. The Tauvio credit is separate from your data and does not prevent re-import. The same page carries one control that deletes the data you have stored in this browser.

Tauvio Pass is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It brings together the parts you send or publish: a theme-designed A4 timesheet PDF with a consistent layout and totals, a library that keeps finished weeks and months as history, and your own accent color and logo on a published countdown page. Pass removes the Tauvio credit from eligible exports and published countdowns. That is the complete Pass bundle across the time tools, not a fee to do the calculations.

If a spreadsheet export and a browser printout are all you need, the free tools already do that. Tauvio Teams is an annual billing and support option for organisations that want the Pass features, priority support and invoiced billing on request. It does not add shared workforce accounts, approvals, payroll integration or server-held timesheets; those workflows are not part of Tauvio today. The current price for each plan is shown on the cards above.

Checkout runs through Stripe. Depending on availability, Stripe may offer the price in your local currency and payment methods common in your country; review the final amount before paying. Card details are entered into Stripe’s secure fields on Tauvio’s checkout page and go straight to Stripe; they never reach Tauvio. Your purchase can be restored by email on another device, but no Tauvio account or password is created.

A paid feature never moves your time data. The PDF document is generated in your browser and the saved library is stored there; buying Pass unlocks functionality rather than uploading your work.

Tauvio Pass carries a 14-day refund with no questions asked: ask within 14 days of purchase and you get your money back, whatever the reason. Tauvio Teams can be cancelled at any time, with no notice period and no cancellation fee, and the unused part of the year is refunded pro rata. Neither path costs you the data you already entered, because it never left your browser.
