The maximum working week in Lithuania is 48 hours, including overtime. Averaging arrangements over a reference period are common and may change how the limit applies to any single week.

Rest-break rules apply in Lithuania, but their current terms could not be confirmed against the source cited below, so no figure is printed here. Check e-tar.lt and the agreement that covers the job. Either way, unpaid breaks are excluded from paid hours, which is how the hours calculator treats the break field by default.

Some hours are priced by the kind of day they fall on rather than by how many hours were worked. The rates below are statutory minimums in Lithuania, and an agreement may set more. The calculator applies the daily and weekly thresholds above, not these: it cannot know which day of your week was a rest day or a public holiday, so apply them yourself.

Work on a weekly rest day is paid at not less than 2× the ordinary hourly rate.

Work on a public holiday is paid at not less than 2.5× the ordinary hourly rate.
